Make sure your documents should be properly certified, If not in English then Translated in German Language.
Application FeesUNI-Assist Charge Fee of Euro 75 for First Application and from Second to onward Euro 30 each.
Payable through various methods, Credit/Debit Cards, etc
Submit ApplicationAfter uploading the documents and fee payment Uni-assist will make sure your application is submitted properly.
Wait for EvaluationUni-Assist will check you application and forward it to relevant university, it may take several weeks for the outcome, but you can check your dashboard for the progress.
You will be notified if there is an issue or further documentation required.
Acceptance or RejectionIf your application is accepted university will contact you directly,
If there is a rejection you can contact Uni-Assist for further action to apply in a new program and university.
Important InformationApplication Deadlines:
German Universities have two application periods
Summer Semester
Starts in March/April
Winter Semester
Starts in September/October
Make sure to apply well before time to avoid any inconvenience
IF Accepted:
Apply for German visa as soon as possible in the nearest German Embassy.
Blocked Account:
International Students need to show their maintenance funds in the Blocked Account in a German Bank & the minimum required amount is
€11,000. For one year.
