4. Exam Day: Requirements, Prohibited items & What happens

Original valid passport (no photocopy, no CNIC, no driver’s license). Must exactly match booking name.

Q: Step-by-step – what happens on exam day (paper-based)
  • 8:00 AM arrival (late after 8:30 not allowed) → security, biometrics
  • 9:00–9:30 Listening (30 min + 10 min transfer)
  • 9:35–10:35 Reading (60 min)
  • 10:40–11:40 Writing (60 min)

Re-mark request: cost ~PKR 45,000 (refunded if band changes). Takes 2–21 days. Band can go up, down, or stay same.
Q: How many IELTS certificates do I receive?
One original TRF. Request up to 5 additional copies sent directly to universities (free within 30 days of result).
