This Disclaimer applies to The Academy of IELTS (“the Academy”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website https://theacademyofielts.com, our physical centers (Toba Tek Singh, Multan Cantt, PirMahal), our Digital Portal, and all coaching, study abroad, and visa guidance services. By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.

⚠️ IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: The Academy of IELTS provides educational coaching, test preparation, and application assistance only. We do NOT guarantee specific band scores, visa approvals, or admission outcomes. All results depend on individual effort, external factors, and the discretion of third parties (test partners, embassies, universities).

1. No Guarantee of Test Scores or Outcomes

1.1 The Academy of IELTS offers high-quality coaching, proven strategies, and extensive practice materials. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that a student will achieve any specific score on the IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or any other standardized test.

1.2 Test performance depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: the student’s prior English proficiency, attendance, practice habits, test-day anxiety, health, sleep, and the specific test version encountered. Even with perfect preparation, external variables can affect outcomes.

1.3 Any testimonials, success stories, or statistics (e.g., “95% success rate”, “5000+ students placed”) displayed on our website or marketing materials represent historical results and are not a promise or guarantee of future results. Individual experiences vary.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval or University Admission

2.1 Our study abroad services include university selection, application assistance, SOP/LOR editing, and visa guidance. However, the final decision on admission rests solely with the university, and the final decision on visa issuance rests solely with the immigration authorities of the respective country (e.g., IRCC for Canada, UKVI for the United Kingdom, Home Affairs for Australia).

2.2 We do not guarantee that any student will receive an offer letter from a chosen university or a visa approval. Factors such as academic history, financial documentation, immigration policies, and interview performance are outside our control.

2.3 Students are advised to verify all requirements directly with the official sources (university websites, embassy portals) as policies change frequently.

3. Website Content – Accuracy & Updates

3.1 The information provided on our website (including blog posts, FAQs, course descriptions, fee structures, and test partner details) is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep it accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information.

3.2 Test fees (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL), test dates, test center locations, and visa requirements change frequently. Students are strongly encouraged to verify all such information directly with the official test partners (IDP, British Council, AEO, Pearson) or relevant embassies before making decisions.

3.3 The Academy of IELTS shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information obtained from our website that later proves to be outdated or inaccurate.

4. Third-Party Links & Resources

Our website may contain links to external websites (e.g., IDP, British Council, Pearson PTE, university portals, immigration websites). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites and assume no responsibility for them. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or approval.

5.2 Mock test scores generated by the portal’s AI are estimates only and may not precisely reflect official IELTS/PTE scoring. They are intended for practice and improvement, not as definitive predictors of actual test performance.

5.3 The Academy is not liable for any technical issues on the student’s end (e.g., internet connectivity, device compatibility) that affect portal access.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • This includes, without limitation, loss of fees paid to test partners, loss of visa application fees, loss of university tuition deposits, emotional distress, or lost opportunities.
  • In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in any event shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student to The Academy of IELTS in the six months preceding the claim.

7. Relationship with Test Partners (IDP, British Council, AEO, Pearson)

The Academy of IELTS is an independent educational institute. We are not owned, operated, or officially affiliated with IDP Education, the British Council, AEO Australia, or Pearson Education, except as a customer or authorized user of their preparation materials.
