Introduction

On the debate of planned and unplanned activities of the children during free times, this essay would argue that children should have the right to do whatever they want to do in their free times as long as it is beneficial for them and not a wasting of time, even though it can be organized properly to keep them busy.

In this modern era,  children have access to different types of digital media, which have helped them a lot to learn about different things. At an early age, almost all the kids come familiar with different types of programs/games for kids, which gives them great opportunities for development. For better grooming, kids need something for mental development as well as physical activities. Practicing the interests of own choice gives great learning.

I believe that children should be allowed to do activities which they want to do in their free time.  As they have some exposure already and know about many different things,  they should be freely given rights to do these things, For example, if a child likes to play football, he should be allowed to play it,

However, Kids should be monitored during their free time activities, to avoid any time-wasting, For instance, kids using mobile phones, video games frequently can badly affect them.  Kids  even should not be enforced unnecessarily to do organized things against their interests. If a kid likes rugby and is being asked to play football can not perform well.

In Conclusion, Allowing the children to do the things of their interests, help them develop their skills. If kids are restricted to the organized tasks only and not permitted to do the things of the choice it can hold their grooming.

Note: This essay is written  simply and straightforward for a normal level student. There might be many other possible answers too.
