Terms & Conditions – The Academy of IELTS

Students enrolling in The Academy of IELTS are required to read and comply with the following terms and conditions:

• Fee Policy: All course fees are payable in advance before the commencement of classes. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Missed classes will not be compensated or rescheduled.
• Course Duration: The duration of each course is fixed. Any extension will be subject to additional charges.
• Discipline: Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times. Misconduct may result in immediate termination without refund.
• Study Material: All provided materials are strictly for personal use and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.
• Result Disclaimer: The Academy does not guarantee a specific IELTS or PTE score. Student results depend on individual effort and performance.
• Schedule Changes: The Academy reserves the right to modify class timings, instructors, or schedules when required.
• Privacy: Student information will remain confidential and used only for official and academic purposes.
• Media Usage: The Academy may use photographs or videos for marketing purposes unless a written objection is submitted.
• Acceptance: Enrollment in the Academy confirms acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.

Documents Required for Enrollment

Please ensure the following documents are provided at the time of enrollment:

• Valid CNIC or Passport: Must not be expired at the time of submission.
• 02 Passport Size Photographs: Recent photographs with clear background.
• Last Academic Document: Degree certificate or latest result card.
